Our Spring Water is extracted from the source of our spring within the intricate cave network of the Mendip Hills in Somerset, providing us with an unlimited supply of natural water rich in minerals.
Are the bottles recyclable?
Our recycled plastic spring water bottles are made from recycled content (rPET - recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) and are 100% recyclable, the caps are fully recyclable. Our labels are PP (Polypropylene) and also fully recyclable.

How long does it take to deliver my custom branded water?
Our standard lead time for private label water is 10 – 15 days after approval of the artwork.
Need water for an event sooner, then we can provide you with our Express Delivery service with typical lead times of under 5 working days.
If this still isn't fast enough we can supply you with Wholesale Spring Water (our own brand) this can be delivered within a few days!

If you have a deadline that is sooner than our standard leadtime please get in touch with us. We will always try our best to see if we can deliver but this depends on our production capacity and that of the Printers at the time.
What’s the shelf life of the water?
Our Still Spring Water has a shelf life of 18 months, our Sparkling Water 12 months.
What is the size of the pallet?
Our Pallets are 100cm x 120cm.
A full pallet can be up to 175cm high. All our pallets are wrapped and sealed with stretchwrap and dust sheets as well as interlayers to increase stability and prevent damage during transport.

How is the water delivered?
Most of our orders are delivered by a courier specialized in pallet distribution. They collect the water from our Spring in Somerset UK, it will pass to our preferred courier and will then be delivered to your doorstep / venue of choice. This process normally takes 2-3 days from dispatch.
We can however also offer next day delivery and even a timed delivery for only a small charge contact us for more details.
When do I pay?
Payment will be required in full before delivery, this can be via credit card (there may be a small charge) or BACS transfer.
